First of all I’m hotelier and enjoy doing my work of Host. I have a profound desire to serve, just like the best chefs, concierges, housekeepers, front desk agents, and GMs.
I learn continually and since 2011 I’ve changed my hotel workaday environment into the data analysis at headquarter to identify global opportunities for revenue enhancement and expense management.
I essentially use data to help managers understand the needs and desires of their guests as well as how to manipulate the spending and behavioral patterns that lead to higher profit.
Working closely with the food and beverage division and financial and IT teams to identify gaps in data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements.
I always be willing to a new challenge – there’s always “one more thing” to learn!’
